WHY GOGA YOGA?

Robyn is a dedicated Yoga Instructor and former Family Law Paralegal who brings over two decades of life and career experience into her teaching. 

After spending 15 years working in a busy downtown Family Law Practice, Robyn made the bold decision to leave her career and pursue her passion for wellness full-time.

In 2014, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Fiji, laying the foundation for her new path, and continued to deepen her practice by earning her 300-hour certification in Maui five years later. 

Along the way, Robyn has trained in a wide range of yoga disciplines, allowing her to offer inclusive and accessible classes for all.

Her specialties include Chair Yoga, Seniors Yoga, Adults with Special Needs, Hatha and Restorative Yoga where her compassionate approach and understanding nature truly shine. 

As a Sound Bath Practitioner, she also incorporates healing sound experiences into her offerings, creating a deeply restorative environment for her students.

Robyn has facilitated many Yoga Retreats in Costa Rica and is now pursuing retreats on Fiji as well.

Known for her warmth and authenticity, Robyn is loved by her students for her ability to make everyone feel welcome, supported, and inspired on their wellness journey.
