This retreat is appropriate for yogis of all levels, abilities and experience!  

Prices include 7 nights stay at Hermosa Beach House, Costa Rica, morning coffee/tea, fruit/smoothies, breakfast & dinner buffet daily plus one dinner out at a local restaurant, sunset happy hour, sound bowl healing ceremony and daily yoga & meditation.  Also includes transportation from/to SJO and LIR Airports when traveling with a group.
