 7 Nights at Daku Resort

Three meals per day at Daku Resort.

Excursions / activities: ​

(i) visit to a waterfall

(ii) visit to a local village to see a meke

iii) snorkel trip

• walk up the rainforest trail behind Daku Resort

• snorkeling outside the resort 

• tapa making demonstration• kayaking

Meals

Tropical breakfast (cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, juice, coffee / tea);

Light lunch (salads, soups, fish, chicken wraps);

Four course dinner (starter, sorbet, main course and dessert). 

We serve a vegetarian menu if required.

Activities

Includes three excursions. 

(i) Visit to Vuadomo waterfall, a lovely cascade which plunges into a rocky pool where you can swim in the cool water. It’s a 30 minute drive, and the whole excursion takes about 3 hours.

(ii) A trip to a local village to see village life and watch a traditional meke (dance) which the villagers perform with real joy and energy.

(iii) A snorkel trip to see our magnificent marine life. 

Yoga & Meditation

We will start each day with Meditation followed by Yoga suitable for all levels. We will complete each day with either Restorative Yoga or Yoga Nidra.

There will also be other Yoga Classes offered throughout the Week for you to join in as little or as much as you'd like!

There are plenty of other activities people can do in their free time – snorkeling on the outer reef by boat, going into Savusavu town, SCUBA diving.
